Widely recognized for his advisory strength in tenant representation, Bruce provides strategic guidance to retailers, restaurants, corporate users, and expanding brands helping clients assess markets, negotiate optimal deal structures, and secure locations aligned with long-term growth plans. His ability to balance both landlord and tenant-side objectives gives him a rare dual perspective, enabling him to create durable, mutually beneficial outcomes in complex leasing environments.

Known as an innovative and analytical leader, Bruce excels in due diligence, capital structuring, entitlement strategy, and investment advisory. He has led cross-functional teams through every stage of the real estate lifecycle from site selection and tenant strategy to entitlement, capitalization, leasing, redevelopment, and disposition always with a focus on precision, market insight, and long-term value.

Bruce has executed and managed multimillion-dollar transactions in development, acquisitions, capital markets, leasing, and work-outs. His track record includes long-standing institutional relationships with Wells Fargo, Bank of America, New York Life, and Prudential, and he is widely regarded for his ability to structure complex deals, guide recapitalization efforts, and bring challenging projects to completion.
